Terms of Use
Last updated: July 31, 2026
1. Purpose of the service
Citizenship Success is an independent educational service that helps prepare for the Canadian citizenship test. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Government of Canada or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The content is based on the official public « Discover Canada » guide, but its presentation and organization into questions and quizzes is an original creation.
2. User account
To save your progress and access paid features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.
3. Access and payment
Premium access is offered through time-limited plans (30, 90, or 180 days), paid as a single one-time payment with no automatic renewal. Lifetime access sold before these plans were introduced remains valid. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store any credit card information.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to share your account, resell access, or extract or redistribute the content for commercial purposes. We reserve the right to suspend an account in case of abusive use.
5. No guarantee of results
Citizenship Success is a preparation tool. It does not guarantee success on the official citizenship test, whose content, format, and criteria are set exclusively by IRCC. Questions and explanations are provided for informational purposes and may differ from the actual test.
6. Intellectual property
All site content (text, question organization, code, design) is protected by copyright and remains the property of Citizenship Success, except for excerpts from the official « Discover Canada » guide, which remain in the government public domain.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close an account in case of violation of these terms.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be communicated by email or posted on the site.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada.
