We collect your email address, first name, last name, and your progress data (answers, scores, quiz attempts). Payments are processed by Stripe, which may collect additional information under its own privacy policy.
2. How we use it
This information is used to create and secure your account, save your progress, personalize your learning experience, and contact you about your account or a purchase.
3. Sharing with third parties
We only share information with the providers necessary to operate the service: Supabase (database hosting and authentication) and Stripe (payment processing). We never sell your personal information.
4. Data retention
Your information is kept as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
5. Your rights
In accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector and applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information by writing to support@successcitizenship.ca.
6. Cookies
We only use cookies essential to the site's operation, notably to maintain your login session. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
7. Security
Your data is hosted by Supabase with encryption in transit and at rest, and strict access rules (row-level security) ensuring that only you can view your own data.
