If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, no questions asked.

2. How to request a refund

Email us at support@successcitizenship.ca with the email address used for the purchase. The refund is processed via Stripe and typically appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.

3. After the refund

Full access to the content is revoked once the refund is processed; you retain access to the free questions.

4. Exceptions

Requests received after the 14-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
